1. No Refund Policy
In accordance with Ohio law, please be advised that all sales are final.
Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can discuss a solution or adjustment.
Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products. Unopened products in original packaging may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
As stated in our Client Consent form, we require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide 48 hours' notice will result in a fee of 50% of the reserved service price.
"No-shows" will be charged 50% of the service total.
3. Right to Refuse Service
Wildflower Esthetics Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or medical contraindications that make a treatment unsafe for the client.
4. Property & Safety
Clients assume all risks associated with accessing the property, including the use of stairs and walkways. Wildflower Esthetics Co. is not liable for personal injury or property damage occurring on the premises.
